These are much more sturdy than most training wheels, which is a very good thing. Like one other reviewer, I had a little bit of trouble installing. I found, that the problem was mostly because the wheel drop-outs on the bicycle frame spread out wide from the wheel when I took the axle nuts off. I solved this by using a clamp to hold the two sides of the drop-out together. The clamp will have to go through the spokes of the rear wheel and squeeze the two sides together. I hope my Description sense and helps others. The greatest strength of this product is worth it. Another possible solution would be to have a bicycle shop to install a longer axle in the rear, but that would probably cost something. Good luck and happy driving!
