Middle East Tour

I just got back from an amazing trip to Kuwait and Iraq visiting military bases doing demos with Chris Doyle and Josh Perry, plus two skaters Jake Brown and Mimi Knoop.

We rode some pretty sketchy ramps and we assembled some other ramps and obstacles ourselves from what ever we could find around the base.

We rode at Ali Al Salem in Kuwait, and in Iraq we hit up Camp Victory in Baghdad, Al Asad, Balad and Basra.

We flew base to base in C-130 planes suited up with body armor and a helmet. These planes have been in use for over 50 years in the military and are used for troop and cargo transport, its dark and loud inside and we were usually sitting shoulder to shoulder with some US Army troops. Quite an experience.

Probably the highlight stop for me was visiting Saddam Hussein's palaces in Baghdad, we even stayed at Saddam's guest house.

Thanks to all the troops for doing what they do, it was an honor to come over and hang with you guys. Also thanks to Rockstar and Haro for loading me up with pro mo for the troops, they were pumped.
