We bought this for our 11 year old son for Christmas. He's not into tricks or anything, just really enjoys using the scooter, especially on hills (small) and curves. This is perfect for that and he loves it, as do his friends!! I have to admit that I've even tooled around with it and it is so much more fun than his Razor. We're really happy with this purchase.

Built on the same revolutionary platform as the Asphalt, the Carbon features new HP package to increase overall performace. The HP Package features new wheels and upgraded riser tubing. The new wheels have 1 cm extra PU, this combined with the new durometer makes the Carbon faster and more responsive than the Asphalt. The upgraded riser has larger stronger tubes, more telescoping for better height adjustment and new hand grips.
