Recently I received a text message asking if Id be into going to Iraq and Kuwait for a 12 day tour. I'm up for any trip, especially these one of a kind opportunities so of course I was in from the start. Iraq and Kuwait have a reputation as being a dangerous place to visit so there is some concern there, but I'm all checked in and on my way now.
We will be doing demos for the troops, visiting hospitals, riding in Black Hawks and hopefully firing some weapons.
I'm really excited for this one, this isn't a trip you can just book on the internet or at your local travel agency. Ill be sure to get plenty of pics and video and get an update soon as I can.
I'm joining fellow BMXers Josh Perry and Chris Doyle, plus Skateboarders Jake Brown and Mimi Knoop.
