My son got this bike for his 2nd birthday and it's perfect for his size. He loves the "Cars" logos. The problem(s) we have are that he hasn't mastered the "pedaling forward" concept so I end up having to push him--at which point he stomps on the pedals and makes it stop. Also, he concentrates on his feet or the tires so he doesn't watch where he's going. He gets frustrated quickly so he loses interest almost immediately.
This is a sturdy bike that will grow with him, but I think we should have started him on a tricycle. I asked Santa to bring him the Schwinn Roadster 12-Inch Trike and I think that will be a good starter vehicle for him. And I'm going to get an adult-size trike for myself, because why not?
